Phone Friend is a professional care service providing phone line help and support to those who want to go on living in their own home independently.  

An experienced and friendly care giver will keep regularly in touch with you, to chat or, if you wish, the occasional visit to share a cuppa. It is a service aimed at giving you and your family reassurance.

We could help you to continue living independently in your own home and keeping you safe. We can also offer physio expertise, with exercises and stretching to improve and maintain mobility.

If you wish we can also keep an online daily diary, which your loved ones can also access to know you are safe and keeping well.

Keeping in mind that prevention is better than cure we give you a caring friend that is always at hand, prepared and ready to help.
