Hetty is a very kind and caring person. She came to us at a time when my mother was extremely unwell having been discharged from hospital. She was against any help at home, but within a short period of meeting Hetty, welcomed her with open arms. They enjoyed a lovely friendship with visits to the shops, pubs and in fact anywhere my mum wanted to go when she was well enough to do so. Hetty cared for her until the very end of her life, spending time with her in hospital when she was readmitted.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Hetty in care setting. She really is one in a million.
