From my first contact via their website, that resulted almost immediately in a phone call to me in Australia, throughout several months of planning for the return of my mother to her home from respite care, to the follow up that has taken place once Evelyn moved in as our 90 year-old mother's carer, we have been more than satisfied with the way things have been managed. Indeed in the preparation period, prior to Mum's return home, Myla visited her in the care home providing a physiotherapy assessment and both Stuart and Myla came to her house making suggestions for the best way to adapt the house for safety and convenience. Lastly we couldn't be happier with Evelyn, who has been an excellent carer and companion to our mother.
